1 table spoon salt.

2 table spoon cooking vegetable.

2 bunches Sageti.

2 bunches Kansara.

2 bunches Terere.

1 bunch blacknight.

1 cup milk.

2 cups boiled water.

2 onions.

1 tomato.
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Asemble the vegetables..
Step 2
Pluck leaves from the vegetable stem.
Step 3
Wash the vegetables then mix.
Step 4
Add water and boil for 5 mins..
Step 5
Fry onions.
Step 6
Add salt and tomato then fry till it forms a paste.
Step 7
Drain water from vegetables and add milk then stir.
Step 8
Let it cook for 5 mins then serve with ugali.
