Ingredients
1 | Take 1 of stockfish head. |
2 | You need 6 of medium tomatoes. |
3 | You need 5 of attarugu(scotch bonnet pepper). |
4 | Take 1 of big Onion. |
5 | It’s of #100 bunch Efo(aleho). |
6 | It’s 5 of boiled beef. |
7 | It’s 3 tablespoons of crayfish(ground). |
8 | About of Spices. |
9 | Take 3 of seasoning cubes. |
10 | Prepare 4 of cooking spoons P.oil. |
11 | Take 2 of cooking spoons beef stock. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Wash and cut all veggies(efo, tomatoes, peppers and onion).. |
Step 2 | Wash and steam stockfish a for a bit. Separate fleshy pieces of the fish.. |
Step 3 | Place pot on fire, put in Palm oil. Let heat up then put in fleshy pieces of stockfish. Stir fry for 3mins.. |
