Efo riro Ingredients

1 Assorted meats.
2 Stock fish.
3 Cray fish.
4 Dried fish.
5 Daddawa.
6 Seasoning.
7 Onions.
8 Ugwu.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Place the washed meat, shaki, ponmo in a pot, add little Water season with salt, onions add 3 cups of water and cook till soft.
Step 2 Add the dried fish, stock fish and cook for another 10 mnts.
Step 3 Place a pot on heat, pour palm oil, onions, scotch bonnet and fry for some minutes continuously.
Step 4 Add the boiled meat, shaki, ponmo, stock fish dried fish and allow to simmer then add daddawa and Cray fish.
Step 5 Allow to cook for 10mnts and add ugwu.
