Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Wash your fish and cow skin(kpomo), place in a pot, add seasoning, water and cook for 10 minutes.. |
Step 2 | Wash your vegetables, slice and set aside.. |
Step 3 | Wash and grate your pepper, tomatoes, crayfish and onions and set aside.. |
Step 4 | Set your pot on fire, add your palmoil, leave for a minute, add your grated pepper and locust beans. Cook for 2mins.. |
Step 5 | Add your fish and looking stock and cook for 3 mins. |
Step 6 | Add you r vegetables, cover and allow it cook for 2mins.. |
Step 7 | Turn off the heat and serve with Semo/pounded yam/Eba. |
