Cooking Step by Step Step 1 Wash and boil fish and shrimps separately. Step 2 Heat palm oil on a low heat and add your onions. Step 3 Add your coarsely blended pepper(boiled till water is dry) and allow to fry a bit.. Step 4 Add seasoning to taste.. Step 5 Add fish and shrimps.
