South African fried wings Ingredients

1 Salt to taste.

1 Robinsons Chicken spice.

1 Robinsons paprika spice.

6 chicken wings.

2 Large eggs.
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash your chicken wings..
Step 2
Mix eggs ,pinch of salt and paprika.
Step 3
Soak your wings into the egg mixture for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Mix flour and chicken spice together inside a plastic plastic bag. Add chicken and shake until wings are all quoted with flour..
Step 5
Remove from plastic bag and set aside for at least 10 minutes for the wings to absorb flour.
Step 6
Heat the oil to about 180°. Toss your wings and fry each side for about 5 minutes. Keep turning the wings until golden brown..
