Beef.

medium Onion.

Blended Pepper, ginger, and garlic.

Cooking spoons palm oil.

Seasoning cubes.

Cut efo/aleho.

Cooking Step by Step
Step 1
Wash, season beef and cook till almost tender..
Step 2
Peel Potatoes, wash and put into pot of cooked beef. Add a litre water..
Step 3
Add in all ingredients except Efo and Scent leaves..
Step 4
Set pot on fire and allow mixture cook. About 15 mins..
Step 5
Remove lid and stir the Potatoes, then add the Efo and Scent leaves. Reduce heat. After 3 mins, put off heat, food is ready.
