Ingredients

1 Take 200 g of fried chicken.
2 It’s half of cup of Palm oil.
3 Approximately 5 of fresh pepper big size.
4 About 1 of onion medium sized.

6 About 2 of table spoon of crayfish.
7 About 1 pinch of salt.
8 Take 3 cups of rice.
9 Take of Locust beans (traditional seasoning).

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Wash 200g of raw chicken properly and put it in a pot add 1 cups of water,add slice onion little quantity, add 2 Maggi and thyme and parboil for 10 minutes.
Step 2 After the chicken is cooked you get a clean frypan add half cup of vegetable oil and allow to hot then you put the chicken without the water and allow to fry for 5 minutes and then your fried chicken is ready..
Step 3 For the rice – you get a clean pot pour 3 cups of rice add water and put it on fire and allow to parboil for 6minutes thereafter you remove the pot from fire wash the rice with filter, then you put the empty pot on fire and add half cup of Palm oil, add blended onion and pepper, stir and allow to fry for 2 minutes add 2 table spoon of crayfish you stir and add 2 cups of water, add 3 Maggie cubes and Locust beans cover the pot and allow to boil so that the ingredients can mix properly.
Step 4 As soon as it starts boiling you add salt to taste thereafter you pour your rice in the pot cover it and allow to cook and for the water to dry as soon as the water get dried your traditional rice with Locust beans is ready..
