Ingredients
1 | Approximately 1/4 cup of bagaru. |
2 | About 1 cup of sorghum flower. |
3 | About 1 tsp of ginger paste. |
4 | You need 1 tsp of garlic paste. |
5 | About 1 tsp of green chilli paste. |
6 | About 1/4 tsp of turmeric. |
7 | You need to taste of Salt. |
8 | About of Water as required. |

Step 1 | First in a bowl add bagaru which is milk solids, now add flour and all masalas.. |
Step 2 | Mix it well, now add water and make a dough. Now give it rest for 30 minutes.. |
Step 3 | Now using your hand make small rotla or tikki, using ur thumb make whole in center.. |
Step 4 | Heat a pan and roast this rotla on both the side until done, now add some ghee and roast again.. |
Step 5 | Serve it hot with pickle and curd.. |
