Ingredients
1 | It’s 1 liter of water. |
2 | Take 100 g of fresh turmeric. |
3 | Take 20 g of ginger. |
4 | Approximately 100 g of tamarind. |
5 | Take 50-100 g of palm sugar (adjust to taste). |
6 | You need of Small pinch of salt. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Finely dice turmeric and ginger. Blend turmeric, ginger and tamarind with water using blender.. |
Step 2 | Pour the mixture into a pot and simmer for 10 minutes over lower heat. Add palm sugar and pinch of salt.. |
Step 3 | Remove Jamu from the heat, strain and press using a clean muslin cloth.. |
Step 4 | Pour into bottles or glass jars and drink immediately or pour over the ice 😋. |
Step 5 | This Jamu drink can be refrigerated for up to one week.. |
