Ingredients
1 | Take 1 cup of Whole wheat flour Sooji 1 tbsp. |
2 | Prepare 1/2 cup of Powdered sugar Dried ginger 1/2 cup 2 tbsp Ghee. |
3 | About 11 /2 teaspoon of Gond. |
4 | You need 5-6 of Almonds. |
5 | Take 5-6 of Pistachios. |
6 | About 2 tbsp of shredded coconut. |
7 | About 5-6 of Cashew nuts. |
8 | It’s 1 tbsp of Musk melon seeds. |
9 | About 1/2 tbsp of Flaxseeds. |
10 | About 1 tsp of Poppy seeds. |
11 | About of Few Rose petals. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.Roast gond until puffed & Take it.. |
Step 2 | Add another tsp of ghee in the pan.Roast all the nuts, coconut, musk melon seeds and flax seed.. |
Step 3 | When the dry fruits cools down.Grind them to make a coarse powder.. |
Step 4 | In the remaining ghee, roast flour and sooji on medium flame until golden brown.. |
Step 5 | Keep stirring. Otherwise it will get burn.. |
Step 6 | Once it gets roasted completely. Remove it from heat and let cool.. |
Step 7 | Once the roasted flour mixture is cooled, add powdered sugar, dry ginger powder and ground dry nuts.. |
Step 8 | Mix it well. and Make sure if adding raisins. Add it in the end when panjiri is completely cooled down otherwise it will get sour because of heat.. |
