The maize and beans are mixed together in a sufuria or pot… Dried whole kernel corn (maize); rinsed in cold water. Dried beans (kidney beans or similar); soaked in cold water for a few hours, rinsed. Ingredients
1 | Approximately 2 cups of maize. |
2 | About 1 cup of beans. |
3 | Take 2 of lit of water. |
4 | It’s 1 of large onion. |
5 | It’s 2 of tomatoes. |

7 | You need 2 tbs of olive oil. |
In a large pot, combine equal amount dried corn and beans. Add enough cold water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook over high heat for ten minutes. Mix maize and beans in a pot.
