Vegetable Coconut rice and fish Ingredients

rice.

Coconut milk.

Vegetable oil.

Crayfish/pepper/salt/seasoning.

Vegetables.

Fish or any other protein of choice.
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1
Barboil rice,drain and set aside.
Step 2
Wash protein, season,boil and fry.
Step 3
Wash veggies and chop.
Step 4
Put a clean dry pot on heat,add a little quantity of Vegetable oil and allow to heat.
Step 5
Add onions, protein stock,blended crayfish and pepper and the coconut milk and allow to boil.
Step 6
Add the already parboiled rice to the mix and allow to cook until the water dries up and rice is soft and tender.
Step 7
Add the chopped veggies and turn off heat!.
