Coconut rice and liver with plantain Ingredients

1 rice.
2 liver.
3 groundnut oil.
4 tomatoes.
5 ginger.
6 garlic.
7 nutmeg.
8 pepper.
9 green beans.
10 carrot.
11 spring onions.
12 maggi.
13 salt.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash and perboil rice and keep aside.
Step 2 In a separate pot wash and season the meat until is tender.
Step 3 In a pot add a vegetable oil,allow it to get hot.add your onions,tomatoes and pepper till is dry..
Step 4 In a bowl,dissolve Emma coconut powder with water,then add the water used for seasoning of meat,and the coconut water,cover it to boil.
Step 5 Add the rice and taste the salt..
Step 6 When the water is almost dried up add all the cut veggies and cover the pot.turn it later and serve as you desired..
