Beetroot coconut rice Ingredients

1 Soaked biriyani Rice.
2 Beetroot.
3 grated coconut.
4 Sliced Onion.
5 Coriander Leaves.
6 Green Chilli.
7 Cloves.
8 curry leaves.
9 Bay Leaf Salt – as needed.
10 ghee.
11 Lemon Juice.

Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Take a deep pan Add 2 cups of water Let it boil Add soaked rice and salt and let the rice cook. Make sure they are done but not mushy. Drain excess water if any..
