1 | 1 cup Cooked rice (prefer Ambemohar or any fragrance rice). |
2 | 1/2 cup Coconut milk. |
3 | 1 cup Mango puree. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Prepare all ingredients.. |
Step 2 | In a saucepan add coconut milk and cooked rice.. |
Step 3 | Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until rice will cook properly in coconut milk.. |
Step 4 | After rice and coconut milk mixture cools down serve with fresh mango puree.. |
