1 | Take of Fresh catfish. |
2 | It’s of Dry grounded black pepper. |
3 | About of Dry grounded crayfish. |
4 | About of Sweet potato. |
5 | Approximately of Pepper soup ingredients. |
6 | It’s leaf of Mint. |
7 | About of Onions. |
8 | Prepare of Eko or Agidi eaten by Nigerians(blended corn). |
9 | It’s of Salt. |

Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Cut fish and clean it up with lots of warm water and salt. |
Step 2 | Peel and cut sweet potato in small cubes and wash thoroughly with lots of water. |
Step 3 | Place fish and potato in a clean pot. Add pepper soup ingredients, crayfish, black pepper, onions, water as needed.. |
Step 4 | Allow to cook for 10-15minutes. |
Step 5 | Wash and slice mint leaf and add as needed. Allow to simmer for two minutes. |
Step 6 | Add salt and seasoning and allow to simmer for an additional two minutes. |
Step 7 | Serve with eko.. |
