Banga soup Ingredients

1 mudu palm fruit.
2 Beletientien.
3 Banga spices.
4 Diced onions.
5 big Fresh fish.
6 Salt.
7 Seasoning.
8 Dry pepper.

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash boil and pound the palm fruit then add water and sieve out juice.
Step 2 Then pour the juice in a pot and boil, add the diced onions and beletientien leaves.
Step 3 Let it boil until the banga is almost thick, than add dry pepper and banga spices.
Step 4 Put in the presalted fish.
Step 5 Add seasoning and salt.
Step 6 And cover to cook until the fish is cooked.
