Rinse you banga and boil with small sait,pound and mill ur banga,allow the banga water to boil till u no longer see the foaming substance, add u steam meat,add you grinded spices banga, blander onion and dry papper,add Maggi cube and sait for 20minute to tast,add you fresh fish and allow it to boil for 20minute,add you dry bitterleaves and belelete do not stir immediately bcos of the better leaves, allow to boil till soup thick to ur test…..
