African Dish: Banga soup


Banga soup Ingredients

1 Palm fruits.
2 Beef.
3 Dry fish/ fresh fish.
4 Scent.
5 Banga spices.
6 medium Onions.
7 crayfish.
8 Stock fish.
9 Ogiri/daddawa.
10 Chilly pepper.
11 Salt.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Boil Palm fruits for 10 min.
Step 2 Strain the water, pound it using motar and pestle.
Step 3 Add a little water use a sieve to extract the juice in to your cooking pot.
Step 4 Allow to boil for 15min,by then it will be thicker.
Step 5 Add precooked beef, onions,add freash fish, frcrayfish,ogiri, Banga spices,scent leaf,chilly pepper and salt to taste cover allow to cook and serve.
