1 Prepare of Fresh coconut grated, blended with warm water and sieved.
2 You need of Diced Carrots.
3 It’s of Green beans chopped.
4 Prepare of Liver boiled and diced (optional).
5 Take of Green peppers.
6 Prepare of Sweet corn.
7 It’s of Thyme.
8 You need of Stock.
9 You need of Chicken.
10 You need of Vegetable oil or magarine.
11 About cubes of Seasoning.
12 About of Fresh peppers blended.
13 You need of Fresh pepper sliced.
14 You need of Clean water.
15 It’s of Chicken fried.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Dice, chop all needed vegetables before you start cooking. Boil and dice the liver, and set aside..
Step 2 Parboil your rice for some minutes, rinse with clean water and set aside.
Step 3 Put the chicken stock, coconut milk, thyme, blended fresh pepper as needed, 1 cooking spoon of vegetable oil in a clean pot. Add water to it if needed, that's enough to cook the rice..
Step 4 Place the pot on heat, add seasoning cubes, salt. Cover to boil. At this point stir your rice with wooden spatula to avoid sogginess..
Step 5 Once the stock water starts boiling, add your parboiled washed rice to it and stir with a wooden spatula, cover to cook. When it's done drop from heat. Turn the rice in another clean bowl. To prevent it from cooking further and turning soggy..
Step 6 Place a clean dry pan on heat, add two cooking spoon of vegetable oil or melted magarine.
Step 7 Add little curry and thyme to the heated oil to enhance the flavour. Sauté the onions,add the carrots, sweet corns, liver and allow to cook for some minutes..
Step 8 Add seasoning cubes to the vegetables, taste for salt..
Step 9 Turn the vegetables in a bowl big enough to contain..
Step 10 Place the fry pan on heat again, take one cooking spoon vegetables and two cooking spoon fried rice. Mix together and stir with a wooden spatula for about 1 or 2 minutes..
Step 11 Put the stir fried rice in a clean dry pot. Continue the process of stir frying until the vegetables and rice is finished. Serve and eat.
