Cooking Step by Step
Step 1
Wash the meat, season and cook to soften. Wash and cut the kpomo.
Step 2
Wash, slice the ugu and okro blend the Ogbono, crayfish. Half Blend the fresh peper with the onions.
Step 3
Fry the Ogbono with red oil a little. Pour the meat stock, add crayfish and all ingredients. Pour the okoro and the ugu. Cook for a minute and ready to serve with swallow of ur choice..
