Traditional tripe Ingredients
1 | sheep or ox tripe. |
2 | chopped onions. |
3 | chicken stock cubes. |
4 | salt. |
Cooking Guidances
Step 1 | Place tripe in a big casserole pot and with enough water to cover it. Turn stove heat to medium and cook for two hours.. |
Step 2 | Add chopped onion, salt and stock cubes to the cooking tripe, simmer for a further 30 minutes or so.. |
Step 3 | Serve with steamed bread or samp and beans.. |
