African Dish: Okro soup

Okro soup Ingredients

1 Okra.
2 cooking spoon Red Palm Oil.
3 Assorted meat(Beef, Shaki, round aboutPonmo goat meat.
4 Assorted Fish (Dry Fish, Stock Fish,smoked Fish.
5 tablespoonful ground Crayfish.
6 medium onion bulb.
7 leaf (pumpkin or Ewedu).
8 big stock cubes (crayfish bouillon cube).
9 fresh pepper,tatachi(yellow,red and black).
10 grounded opeyi.
11 tablespoonful of grounded ogbono(thickner).
12 salt.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Cut the okra into tiny bits, but if you want it less chunky, you can grate it with a grater adding the fresh pepper,opeyi, tatachi and onions. Set aside    then cut the vegetables into thin sliced and set aside..
Step 2 Wash the assorted meat pomo, Shaki,roundabout now need cook them first for about 15min before adding the other meat, stock fish,dryfish,smokedfish with a stock cube, onions and salt to taste. Cook until tender..
Step 3 Then add the Ogbono and red oil, after 5 seconds add the grated Okro, grounded crayfish and the stock cube Cover and leave to cook for 5 minutes. Okra is also a vegetable, so try not over cook it..
Step 4 After 5 minutes, add the vegetables and a pinch of salt to taste..
