Bitterleaves.

Red pepper /scotch bonnet.

Cooking Guidances
Step 1
Get ur bitterleaf..
Step 2
Wash and cut the leaves..
Step 3
Wash and squeeze again until the bitterness is ok for ur taste..
Step 4
Drain in a basket and set aside..
Step 5
Heat the oil, fry ur meat, grate the red pepper and onions, scotch bonnet. Stir-fry..
Step 6
Add a Little water and seasonings, allow to boil..
Step 7
Add the granded groudnut and allow to simmer for 10-15mins..
Step 8
Then add the bitter leaf cover the lid, low the heat, and allow to simmer for few minutes..

Done.. Yummy.
