Bitterleaf soup Ingredients

1 Bitterleaf.
2 Salt.
3 Smoked fish.
4 Meat.
5 Cocoyam.
6 Ofo.
7 Red oil.
8 Onion.
9 Palmoil.
10 Crayfish.
11 Red pepper.
12 Stock.
13 wrap Okpei.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Boil cocoyam to be soft and blend.boil meat spicing with onion,stockfish,salt,top up the water and pour in palmoil after 15minutes.make balls of the cocoyam and put in and boil uncovered sprinkle the ofor and stir very well..
Step 2 The soup will be thick as you are boiling.put in crayfish,red pepper,salt,stock cubes,okpei and keep boiling..
Step 3 Rinse the smoked fish and put in then lastly rinse the bitterleaf very well to reduce the bitterness then pour inside the soup.boil for 3minutes..
