Cooking Instructions Step 1 Fry the egusi with bleached red oil.. Step 2 Soak the dry fish with warm water and salt then rinse very well.. Step 3 Boil the meat and stockfish with salt,Onion,knorr cubes.. Step 4 Pour in the meat and stockfish,Pour in more water.boil it for 15minutes.. Step 5 Pour in crayfish,Fresh pepper and knorr cubes.boil for another 10mins then put salt and lastly bitterleaf. Step 6 After 5minutes the soup is ready to go down..
