Bitterleaf soup Ingredients

3 cup washed bitterleaf.

6 cocoyam (boiled).

1 kg goat meat.

5 scotch bonnet pepper(blended).

4 knorr cube.

3 tablespoon ground (crayfish).

2 tablespoon palm oil.

to taste Salt.
Cooking Guidances
Step 1
Wash and boil goat meat with all the knorr cube and salt until soft for 20min..
Step 2
Add crayfish and pepper allow to boil for 5 more minute..
Step 3
Peel the cocoyam back,and pound with the oil until no lump is found,then add into the pot to boil and scatter..
Step 4
Add water if too thick.Then rinse bitterleaf with clean water and add mix everything together..
Step 5
Allow for 5 minute.Soup is ready..
