Step 1 | Wash ukazi leaves,waterleaves leaves and ugu separately.Boil the meat and pomo season with salt,Royco cubes and onion.. |
Step 2 | Bleach redoil and fry the waterleaves add onion as is frying.fry untill the water reduces add crayfish,boiled meat,ukazi leaves,pepper,salt,dry fish and royco seasoning.stir and leave it for sometime.. |
Step 3 | Then pour in the ugu ans peri wrinkle stir and is ready.. |
