Step 1 Wash drain slices the water leaves..
Step 2 Grind the ukazi with small quantity of water.boil the beef and kpomo with sliced onion and stock cubes when is soft wash and add the fry fish simmer for 5minutes..
Step 3 Now add red palmoil,crayfish,pepper,onces it start boiling add the blended ukazi and sliced water leaves.onces the utazi have softens and waterleaves has dried up.add salt and stock cubes..
