7 | It’s 3 cups of Palmoil. |
8 | Take 3 of ckps Crayfish. |
9 | Approximately 6 pieces of Fresh pepper. |
10 | It’s 4 of Maggi cubes. |
11 | Approximately 1 of small Onion. |
12 | Take 1 of big cup of yellow garri. |
Afang Soup is of Nigerian origin-a much-celebrated recipe from the efik ethnic group in the southern part of Nigeria -and often served at ceremonial occasions such as weddings. Step 1 | Wash the waterleaves with salt and enough water then cut.Same with vegetable.. |
Step 2 | Boil the stockfish and meat adding onion,Maggi cubes and salt.. |
Step 3 | Bleach palmoil and fry the waterleaves in it till the water from the waterleaves dries up.But with constant stirring. |
Step 4 | Blend crayfish and fresh pepper and put it with salt and maggi cubes.after 8minutes. |
Step 5 | Next is ukazi,rinse and pound the ukazi then put in the boiling soup and stir after 5minutes put the vegetable(ugu) and stir.. |
Step 6 | Boil water pour in a bowl.sprinkle garri in it till is ok and allow it to boil then stir with a wooden spartula.Serve. |
