Step 2 Slice the ukazi leaves and pound lightly..
Step 3 Boil the meat and dry fish till is soft.bleach the red oil and fry the Water leaf till no water is in it..
Step 4 Add the crayfish,Fresh pepper,Salt,Seasoning,Maggi cubes and salt keep frying till it taste nice then add the ukazi..
Step 5 Stir and simmer for few mins.
