Ingredients

1 It’s Bunch of waterleaf (sliced).
2 Prepare Bunch of ukazi (sliced).
3 About pinch of salt.
4 Take 2 of smoked fish.
5 It’s 1/4 of palmoil.
6 Prepare 1 of small bulb of onion.
7 Take 4 teaspoon of crayfish.
8 Take 2 head of stock fish.
9 About 1 cube of maggi.
10 You need 1 kg of meat.
11 Take 1/2 kg of cow leg meat.
12 It’s 3 of fresh yellow pepper.

Afang Soup is of Nigerian origin-a much-celebrated recipe from the efik ethnic group in the southern part of Nigeria -and often served at ceremonial occasions such as weddings. Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Boil the meat,stockfish and cow leg meat with salt,Maggi,onions and Maggi cube..
Step 2 In a separate pot,Boil water leaf till the water in it dries very well.(please don't add water).
Step 3 Add the sliced ukazi leaf and crayfish stir very well..
Step 4 Add palm oil and cover for 5mins,then add meat,stockfish,cow leg meat and Maggi,salt,smoked fish,pepper..
Step 5 Allow to boil for 3mins stir and bring down..
