Ingredients

1 You need 1 bunch of Afang leaf (blended).
2 Prepare 1 bunch of water leaf.
3 About 4 of medium fresh pepper (blended).
4 About 4 tablespoon of crayfish (blended).
5 Approximately 1 kg of beef/ 1 big wrap of stock fish.
6 Prepare 1 of medium onion to boil the beef.
7 It’s to taste of salt.
8 Take 2 cups of palm oil.
9 Approximately 3 of cow skin (Kpomo).

Cooking Guidances

Step 1 Wash and boil your beef with stock fish,salt and onion only..
Step 2 Wash and chop the water leaf and set aside.. pound or blend the afang and set aside…
Step 3 Add palm oil to your boiling pot of meat.. cover and allow to boil for about 2min…
Step 4 Add seasoning cubes and pepper to the boiling pot of meat and stock..
Step 5 Add your cow skin and crayfish… pour your afang and water leaf at the same time so that none over cook…
Step 6 Stir well and let it simmer for 10 sec…
Step 7 Soup is ready and be served with pounded yam, garri,wheat or semovita.
