Ingredients
1 | Approximately of Dry fish. |
2 | You need of Assorted, beef, goat meat. |
3 | You need of Perewinkles, crayfish, onions, pepper. |
4 | It’s of Melon(egusi). |
5 | It’s of Palm oil. |
6 | Take of Salt, seasoning cubes,. |
7 | Approximately of Bone marrow. |
8 | You need of Afang. |
9 | Prepare of Stockfish. |
10 | Approximately of Tomatoes. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Wash assorted, meat, bone marrow and fish and stock fish with hot water and season them excluding the fish with onion, pepper, seasoning cube till done, seperate stock from proteins.. |
Step 2 | Blend melon and soak in a little water, add onions mix it and set aside. Put palm oil in a pot and when hot add diced onions, stir fry and then add tomatoes, and fry them properly then add the melon, fry them for about 7mins then add meat stock, cover pot and reduce heat, allow to boil then stir at intervals for another 5minutea then add the whole boiled meat except the bones, fish, perewinkles, crayfish and a little seasoning then stir, allow to cook a bit while you wash the afang leaves.. |
Step 3 | Pound the leaves a bit just to cut the length and then add it, stir and turn off heat…. Serve with preferred swallow. |
