1 Prepare 1 of big bunch waterleaf(sliced).
2 Prepare 5 cup of uziza leaf(sliced).
3 Take 2 cup of pieces stock fish.
4 Take 1 of kilo goat meat.
5 Take 2 tablespoon of crayfish(ground).
6 It’s 3 teaspoon of dried pepper (ground).
7 Prepare 1 tablespoon of palm oil.
8 Approximately 5 cube of maggi.
9 Approximately to taste of salt.

Afang Soup is of Nigerian origin-a much-celebrated recipe from the efik ethnic group in the southern part of Nigeria -and often served at ceremonial occasions such as weddings. Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Wash meat and stock fish very well with salt then put in a clean pot,add maggi,salt with little water boil for 35 min.
Step 2 Then add pepper,crayfish after 3 min add palm oil then after 2min add water leaf.
Step 3 Allow to boil for 10min.Then pound the uziza leaf untill it becomes paste..
Step 4 Add the paste to the pot on heat and stir after 5 min turn off heat..
Step 5 Soup is ready so so delicious.serve hot with semo as shown above..
