Ingredients
1 | Prepare 3 cups of okro Soup grated. |
2 | About 1/2 cup of ogbono blended. |
3 | It’s 1 kg of beef. |
4 | Take 1 of big stock fish head. |
5 | About 1 of big dry fish (Asa). |
6 | Prepare 7 of fresh pepper. |
7 | Take 1/2 of bulb onions. |
8 | Take 1 tbsp of iru. |
9 | Approximately 2 tbsp of crayfish. |
10 | Prepare 2 of knorr cube. |
11 | You need 1 cup of palm oil. |
12 | Approximately to taste of salt. |
Cooking Instructions
Step 1 | Wash beef and stockfish and parboil, spice with salt, knorr cube; blend onions and pepper and pour it into the beef stock and allow it cook till the meat is tender. |
Step 2 | Wash dry fish and if you have kpomo this is where you add it, allow it cook for about 10mins. |
Step 3 | Add crayfish, iru then stir and add palm oil; please note that the meat stock should be on the same level as the beef in the pot before you add your oil. |
Step 4 | Stir in the ogbono and stir continuously till its thoroughly mix then add okro; in this soup okro is serve as your vegetable. cook for about 3 minutes then turn off the heat and serve. |
