pumpkin leaves.

smoked Titus fish.

pomo (roasted cow skin).

Cooking Guidances
Step 1
Was pomo with aluminium sponge to remove all the dirt and boil without salt and seasoning for 10minutes until tender..
Step 2
Take out the bone and skin from smoked fish and rinse in Luke warm water.
Step 3
Wash okro and grate. Also wash pumpkin leaves and slice thinly.
Step 4
Add okra into the already cooked pomp and boil for another 3-5 minutes.
Step 5
Add vegetable oil and fish with grounded crayfish, pepper, salt and seasoning and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Step 6
Add vegetable and simmer for two minutes.
Step 7
Serve with choice swallow. Eba, fufu, poundo yam, semovita or semolina. Or you can eat it just the way it is..
