Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Wash your catfish with warm water or salt to remove the slime..
Step 2
Parboil the catfish for about 5minutes with seasoning. Drop from heat and place in a sieve..
Step 3
Wash your vegetables and put them in a sieve to drain water..
Step 4
Place pot on fire and add two cooking spoon palm oil to heat for about 2minutes..

Add the blended fresh pepper, crayfish, bonga fish, seasoning,locust bean. Allow to steam for some minutes..
