Masa (wainna) Ingredients

1 10 Cups White rice.
2 2 Cups flour.
3 Yeast.
4 Oil.
5 Cooked rice or prepared Semovita.
6 2 Onions.
7 2 Cups sugar.
8 1/2 Cup salt.
9 Ingredients for soup.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 Get your white raw rice and soak with cold water, allow it for some minutes and drain the water.
Step 2 After draining get your chopped onions and add to it, add your prepared Semovita, Yeast and flour.
Step 3 Then you blend it until it get smooth and liquid, you allow it to rise under the sun or beside a hot flame.
Step 4 Add sugar and salt to your taste, mix and fry in Masa (Wainna) pan.
Step 5 Best serve hot with vegetable soup or groundnut soup.
Step 6 Vegetable soup.
Step 7 Get your vegetable and chop, get your onions, pepper and scotch bonnet and ground.
Step 8 Get your pot add palm oil and place it on your stove, add your grounded ingredients and stir gently, then you add your seasoning, salt, curry, fish and little water. Cover it for 5 minutes and add your cooked egg and vegetable leave it for like 3 minutes. Ready to be served with variety of food.
