6 | Prepare of Turmeric powder. |

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 | Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.. |
Step 2 | Add sliced onion and curry leaves.. |
Step 3 | When onion becomes soft add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a min.. |
Step 4 | Add all masala, salt and sauté for a min or two.. |
Step 5 | Add diced Tomato and stir until the gravy gets thick. |
Step 6 | Add mussel, cover with a lid stirring occasionally. |
Step 7 | After 10-15 minutes, add rice flour and heat for another 5 minutes. |
