raw onion finely chopped.

Jeera.

Coriander finely chopped.

Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Peel the outer part of Raw mango and finely chop it..
Step 2
In crusher add Jeera, Garlic, Red chilli powder, Coriander, curry leaves, salt to taste, Asafoetida crush it to the fine paste..
Step 3
Add 1/4th cup of finely chopped onion and crush it.
Step 4
Then add finely chopped mango and jaggery crush it nicely..
Step 5
Now again on top add remaining finely chopped onion and mix it..
