Cardamon Coconut masa Ingredients

2 cups rice for tuwo.

2 cups coconut milk.

1/2 cup sugar.

2 tsp yeast.

7 pcs cardamon pods.

1/2 cup rice flour.
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1
Here are d ingredients i used.
Step 2
Soak rice for 6hrs till soft Wash d rice n put in blender.
Step 3
Add concentrated coconut milk to d rice.
Step 4
Add Mold to rice flour to form tuwo, add yeast, cardamon pods.
Step 5
Blend smoothly pls dnt add water when blending the coconut milk will serve as water.
Step 6
Blend smoothly as u can see its not too watery or too thick dats d desired paste.
Step 7
Cover n keep in a warm place for 1hr 30mins d aim is for it rise to d top.
Step 8
Get ur masa pan add little oil n scoop in d paste.
Step 9
Add onions and sugar stir thoroughly.
Step 10
Fry till golden brown Flip to d other side as well.
