Cardamon Coconut masa Ingredients
||2 cups rice for tuwo.
||2 cups coconut milk.
||1/2 cup sugar.
||2 tsp yeast.
||7 pcs cardamon pods.
||1/2 cup rice flour.
Cooking Step by Step
||Here are d ingredients i used.
||Soak rice for 6hrs till soft Wash d rice n put in blender.
||Add concentrated coconut milk to d rice.
||Add Mold to rice flour to form tuwo, add yeast, cardamon pods.
||Blend smoothly pls dnt add water when blending the coconut milk will serve as water.
||Blend smoothly as u can see its not too watery or too thick dats d desired paste.
||Cover n keep in a warm place for 1hr 30mins d aim is for it rise to d top.
||Get ur masa pan add little oil n scoop in d paste.
||Add onions and sugar stir thoroughly.
||Fry till golden brown Flip to d other side as well.
