1 wheat flour.
2 onions finely chopped.
3 coriander leaves.
4 curds.
5 anardana (pomogranate powdered seeds).
6 green chilles finely chopped.
7 salt.

Cooking Instructions

Step 1 In a thali mix all the above ingredients and make s stiff dough..
Step 2 Make equal portions of the dough..
Step 3 Roll out each portion like a thick Paratha..
Step 4 With a knife make a design of diagonal lines……crisscrossing each other from one end to the other..
Step 5 This is to ensure Koki gets cooked well insde..
