Cooking Step by Step

Step 1 Wash ur beef and place in a pot,add onions,knorr,salt and boil,add more water to cook till done..
Step 2 While d beef is still cooking,get ur leaves and wash them properly and set aside..
Step 3 Once d beef is done,add ur crayfish,onions,dry pepper and palm oil and simmer on high heat for a few mins till d stock has reduced and a bit thick..
Step 4 Add ur ugwu,cover and simmer for 2-3 mins..
Step 5 Open and add ur water leaf,stir thoroughly and simmer for 2-3 mins, taste for salt and correct accordingly..
Step 6 Ur veggie soup is ready and u can serve it with semo or any swallow of choice or rice and or yam.
