5 | Take 1 c of water (half from mussel & halfpasta water). |
6 | About 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil. |
7 | It’s 1 pc of Onion, diced. |
8 | It’s 5 cloves of Garlic, minced. |
9 | It’s 1/2 c of Tomato/Spahetti Sauce. |
10 | You need 1/4 c of Oyster Sauce. |
11 | Take 3 Tbsp of Sugar. |
12 | It’s 2 Tbsp of Sriracha, adjust according to preference. |
13 | About of Pepper. |
14 | Prepare of Spring onion for garnish. |
15 | Approximately of Note 1: precook mussel with 2 Tbsp grated ginger. |
16 | It’s of Note 2: I use Filipino style spaghetti sauce. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | In a bowl mix together tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and sriracha. Mix until sugar is dissolved.. |
Step 2 | Heat oil, saute onion & garlic. |
Step 3 | Add shrimp. |
Step 4 | Add sauce mixture, let it simmer. |
Step 5 | Add squid, after 1 minute add mussel. Mix and simmer. |
Step 6 | Put spaghetti noodles, season with pepper. Mix thoroughly.. |
