Eba is a Nigerian staple food eaten all over the country and beyond. It is made from fried grated cassava (manioc) flour, commonly called as garri. Ingredients
1 | Take 1 of big bunch ugu leaves. |
2 | You need 1 of small bunch water leaves. |
3 | You need of fresh pepper. |
4 | Prepare 2 of cooking spoon of red oil. |

6 | Take of cow tail. |
7 | Approximately of medium onion. |
8 | Prepare of Seasoning and salt. |

Cooking Instructions
Step 1 | Slice the vegetables after washing Par-boil the cowtail and dry fish, add salt and seasoning until less stock. |
Step 2 | Roughly blend the pepper and onion and add to the parboiled meat and fish and allow to boil for a minute. Add the sliced vegetables and crayfish then let boil for one minute. |
Step 3 | Add Palm oil and taste for seasoning and leave to boil for 3 minutes. Done!. |
