Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Pour your flour into a bowl add yeast, salt and sugar and mix add water and make dough knead the dough until smooth cover in a tight container and all to rise for 2 hours or so transfer the dough into alkubus container or cake container but do not full the container 2/3 steam your alkubus for 20-30 minutes..
Step 2
Wash your meat set aside, blend tomato, onion, and chilli pepper set aside, grind groundnut,and squeeze moringa all set aside..
Step 3
Put your meat inside put add garlic, onion and season and cook for 5-10 minutes add 1 table spoon of groundnut oil to the meat and fry for 5 minutes add your mixed tomato and fry for another 5mins then add your groundnut and little water and allow to cook for 20- 25 mins until your groundnut is soft add season and moringa and allow to cook for 5 mins..
