Cooking Guidances
Step 1
Grind rice and daal to a coarse flour. Actually we prefer it done at flour milk..
Step 2
Add Fenugreek and curd to it..
Step 3
Add water and make thick consistence batter..
Step 4
Rest it for 7-8 hours. This actually depends on atmosphere. In summer it's less and in winter more..
Step 5
To the fermented batter add salt, turmeric and chilli garlic coarse paste..
Step 6
Add fruitsalt, bit water and mix well..
Step 7
Grease dish with oil and steam it for 15-20 minutes..
Step 8
My family prefer hot with garlic chutney infused oil..
Step 9
Give tadka if you like. And serve it with coriander or garlic chutney..
