1 | It’s 10 of hand full moringa leaves (fresh). |
2 | Prepare 5 tablespoons of kuli kuli Powder (groundnut cake powder). |
3 | Approximately 1 of medium onion. |

5 | About 1 of egg (optional). |
6 | Take 2 of tomatoes. |
7 | Take 1 of Maggi (stock cube). |
8 | About 1 teaspoon of yaji (ground chili pepper). |
9 | Take 1 of atarugu (scotch bonnet pepper) for garnishing. |
Cooking Step by Step
Step 1 | Pluck leaves from stalk. Don't worry if a little stalk remain behind. |
Step 2 | Boil for about 20 minutes or until tender. But don't let it over cook (get too soft) so as to still retain its medicinal value. And drain in a colander. |
